If you are doing a Ketogenic Diet, have you heard of the Beef & Butter experiment?
I started hearing about it a week ago or so, and did not pay too much attention at first. But, this thing has my attention now. I see so many fellow Keto eaters trying this experiment, and they all say they are losing 1 to 1.5 pounds per day by eating ground beef with butter added to it.
Not only are almost everybody losing weight, but many are breaking through plateaus that they have been sitting on for some time.
It all sounds good!
I mostly fast, but I have decided to modify the experiment a little bit and give it a try. See my video for my explanation of what I am going to do.
