Well, day 2 weigh-in has come and gone. The results were different from day 1.

I have to say, this is going exactly as I thought it would. Yeah, a bit of water gain on Day 1. But, I lost it back on Day 2.
I also do a lot of working out to gain muscle mass. I do weightlifting and walking. So far, in the 3 days since I started this experiment, I have gained 4 lb of lean muscle mass. I have a body composition monitor where I can measure this. That makes my experiment weight loss even better to hear!
I expect to continue losing on the remain days, but we’ll have to see what happens.
