Like I told you yesterday, I have decided to try out the “Beef & Butter” experiment. But, I modified it and am doing the “Beef, Pork, & Butter” Experiment. In the video, I explain why I added pork.
So, today is the magic first day. How did I do? Did I lose? Gain? Stay the same? It has to be one of those, so watch the video and get my results!
Well, the results don’t bother me, in fact, I got the results that I expected.
Come back tomorrow for Day 2 Results.
My plan is to do this for 4 consecutive days, and we’ll see how future results go. I have a feeling that things will be different on future results days!

No, this experiment is done with ground meat to make it easier to mix in the butter! So, it is a mix of ground pork and ground beef! ๐

sounds like makin a fancy sausage without the casing, but may I ask how is difffentt nutririonally with the butter than just letting some cheese melt on top of your steak or pork chop ? a good steak with some blue cheese melted on top has always got my goat

The butter gives you a higher percentage of fat in your diet, which is a good thing in a ketogenic diet. Cheese has protein in addition to fat. I want higher fat content and less protein, no protein needed other than the meat that is already there.
