Well, day 2 weigh-in has come and gone. The results were different from day 1.
Better or worse? Watch the Video!
I have to say, this is going exactly as I thought it would. Yeah, a bit of water gain on Day 1. But, I lost it back on Day 2.
I also do a lot of working out to gain muscle mass. I do weightlifting and walking. So far, in the 3 days, since I started this experiment, I have gained 4 lb of lean muscle mass. I have a body composition monitor where I can measure this. That makes my experiment weight loss even better to hear!
I expect to continue losing on the remain days, but we’ll have to see what happens.
Tune in tomorrow for my Day 3 results! I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

How did that cook up? I would think using a fattier cut of meat would be better as butter has such a low melting point, would run off leaving a messy burger.patty

Perhaps you missed my earlier videos about this. The meat is not formed into a Patty it is cooked loose. The butter is put on after cooking. I used the fattiest cuts of neat possible and did not drain the fat. I consumed it all. LOL

Sounds good. Like pan frying a steak and using a knob of butter for even more taste. I have high cholesterol so do have to watch my fat intake.

When it comes to ketogenic diet like what i’m doing, the actual take cholesterol is good for you. Regardless my cholesterol has always been very low, so it’s not something i’m overly concerned about.
