Google Fit tends to mostly track things like Exercise, and I use it all the time! I am liking it, but only wish that it tracked other things about health, like food, blood pressure, blood sugar and such.
So, here is my Google Fit data from yesterday. I was traveling yesterday, but still managed to (barely) reach my goals. I am glad that I put the effort in to make sure I stayed on track!
