Sorry that I have been absent from this website for the past few days!
This week, I have been really focusing and concentrating on two things:
- Weight Loss
The heavy concentration and focus have paid off too.
On Saturday, July 29, I started a new fast. I decided to go for a 10 day fast this time because those always produce super results for me.
My experience of getting results from a 10 day fast has proven correct too!
I have dropped 15 pounds in the past 6 days. This morning, I weighed in at 239.8. I can’t even remember the last time I weighed less than 240. As close as I can figure it must have been during Junior High School. I feel great seeing that number on the scale, and it came sooner than I expected. I thought it would be at least another week before I broke into the 230s, but I got a shock when I stepped on the scale this morning.
Another bit of great news
With today’s weigh-in, my BMI went from 35.2 to 34.9. Moving below 35 officially takes from “Class 2 Obese” to “Class 1 Obese”. Next step is that I will simply be “Overweight” and no longer Obese! Can’t wait for that!
