I mostly just fast on the weekdays and eat on the weekends (just one or possibly 2 meals per day on weekends), so since today is Monday, that means that I am coming off of my weekend of eating! Actually, this week I ate on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I am mixing things up a little bit because I don’t want my body to get too used to any pattern. If that happens it can stall out your metabolism, but if you change things up a lot, your body does not get a chance to do that.
Well, yesterday morning, I was looking for some topics to write about on 430ToFit this week. I like to watch videos on YouTube to come up with topics and also just for my own general information. Yesterday morning, I came across a video that I did not intend to write about, but it looked like something I would like to check out. I saw a video on the front page of YouTube entitled “Beef and Blue Cheese Burgers” and it came from Headbanger’s Kitchen. I recently learned about Headbanger’s Kitchen and I really like the guy. He has so many good Keto friendly, low carb recipes, and this is one of them.
In the video, he talks about the buns that he is using, and they are his “2 Minute Microwave Buns”. In order to make these buns you can watch the Headbanger’s Video here:
I can tell you that I think the Headbanger made only one mistake with the burger… they should be bacon burgers. Add some bacon and you have a great and delicious Keto meal! I know that I will be cooking these again!
