I know, when you hear about a diet that is high in fat, you automatically will think it is very unhealthy! But, step back and look at the evidence. Maybe what we have been taught for the past 60 years or so is completely wrong.
Think about this. It was in the 1950s that the Government told us that we needed to eat a low-fat diet. Eating a low-fat diet would reduce obesity and heart disease. This is what we were told by the government.
Is it true? The vast majority of people would believe this. However, think about it for a minute. Before the 1950s, most people at a lot of fat. Full fat milk. Cheese, meat, lots of high-fat food. After the government advised that fat was a big culprit, most people changed their diets and went low fat. The less the fat, the better the food was… or was it? Do you think there are more obese people now in 2017, or back in the 1940s? I think almost everybody would say that there are a lot more obese people now. Obesity is an epidemic. How about Heart Disease? Were there more heart attacks in 1940 or in 2017? Again, I am sure most would agree that heart disease is a real epidemic in this day. So, if the low-fat diet is so good for obesity and heart disease, what happened? What about diabetes? Same thing. Diabetes is a huge epidemic worldwide now, but it was not in 1940 or 1950.

Hey, this is very controversial, but I have been doing this, and it is very effective for me. Think about it.
