Last week or the week before, I shared a recipe for Keto Pizza, which was really good.
Well, a couple of days ago, my wife, Feyma, was looking at some things on YouTube and she came across a video showing how to make a Keto bread, and it was from the same people who made the Pizza! The pizza was great, so I had high hopes for the bread. My hopes were spot on! Feyma made some of the bread yesterday morning and wow, it was great.
So many of the Keto bread recipes that we find end up with “bread” that falls apart easily, etc. This was different on this new bread recipe. It is very firm, no falling apart.
For lunch yesterday, Feyma made me a sandwich with the bread, with a fried egg and bacon, and wow, it was great. I guess my only complaint about the bread is that I would prefer it to be a little saltier or spicier in some way. It was a bit bland, but the ingredients you put inside the sandwich can remedy that problem.
The fact that the bread holds up to handling without falling apart into pieces is great, even if it needs a little spice kick. I am sure we can make some adjustment, though.
Watch this video to see how to make it:
I enjoyed it. If you are doing a Ketogenic diet, bread is probably something you miss, I know that I do. I believe that this is very low in carbs, it depends on how much of the bread you eat, of course. My two slices were less than 5 carbs.
Enjoy! Thanks to Feyma for making it!
