Recently, I found this interesting video, which features Dr. Mark Hyman interviewing Dr. Aseem Malhotra. The video is long (46 minutes), but if you have the time, give it a watch! It is well worth the time, in my view.
Mostly, this video talks about diet and the relationship between an LCHF diet and heart disease. Dr. Malhotra is considered one of the top cardiologists in the UK, and he has a lot of interesting information to share on this video.
One thing that Dr. Malhotra mentioned in this video that really hit me was that there is no “healthy weight”. You can be healthy at (nearly) any weight, if you are eating right, exercising, etc. I truly believe in what the doctor is saying here. I know that since I started eating LCHF in March 2016, I feel great.
