Well, it came as quite a surprise to me a few days ago when I realized something!
It caused me to make a U-Turn! I think, though, that the U-Turn will be very beneficial to me. It was just unexpected.

I suppose that this has some sort of learning curve to it. You will figure out what needs to be done as maintenance once you’r happy with the results. I think you obviously know you can’t go back to eating like you did, or you will be back where you were again. I will guess it will be fewer and smaller meals, and much fewer snacks and junk food.

That is so true. When I get off my lcmphf diet I don’t feel as good as I am acustomed to feeling and occasionally, when I am expected to eat, grandkids etc. it is almost repulsive it think about it. I take some and pick at it until they are done. Picking and choosing what I can eat.

Hi, LeRoy – Yep, I was still eating a strictly Ketogenic (LCHF) diet, but I missed the fasting. I am back fasting now and feeling great about it. Amazing what a few days break will do for you!
