I really didn’t eat cauliflower in the past, maybe I tried it a few times, I don’t even remember. But, since eating a keto diet, I have been eating cauliflower more and more.
A while back, I posted an article about Feyma, my wife, making some Cauliflower mashed “potatoes” that were really good.
My latest cauliflower find, though, beats the mashed potatoes by a mile! This one is Cauliflower Hash Brown! Wow, they are really amazing!

Yesterday, Feyma made some for me with my lunch, and I was floored! They were so good and really tasted like I was eating potato hash browns!
These hash browns have only a few ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- Seasons (Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt and whatever you choose!)
- Cheese
- Egg
All of these are great Keto ingredients with no carbs or very low carbs!
If you are eating a keto diet, trying new stuff like this really makes the diet fun and much easier to do than any other diet I have ever tried. I have found that these video bloggers, Keto Connect, have a LOT of great recipes and tips. Take a look at their YouTube channel, I am sure you will find a lot of great information and foot tips!
