Absolutely! You can certainly eat biscuits, just not the kind you are probably used to!
I recently found a couple of different keto biscuit recipes on YouTube. One uses Coconut flour, and the other uses Almond flour. Both, to be honest, are really good, and I like either one. I would say, I like the almond flour one the best though, but there is only a small difference.

These are really a treat! If you are eating keto and missing things like bread like items, this is a great keto-friendly substitute! Lately, I am enjoying at least one biscuit with each meal!

Atkins used sweetener and said diet coke was ok.. Hasnt this been showed to be harmful.. Sweetness spike your blood sugar don’t they?
You can use artificial sweeteners on keto. I have never had a blood sugar Spike from using an artificial sweetener.
Cool.. Stevia, nutraswwet does it matter?

Have you tried making potato items out of cauliflower? We make some hash browns out of cauliflower that are really good, and also mashed potatoes. Of course they’re not potatoes, they’re cauliflower.
Yes, I have. Radishes are good replacement for patotoes too. I use radishes in my clam chowder.
I have heard about using radishes, but have not tried it. Another one that we have tried is singkamas and it worked well.

If you want to talk about mingaw trideum doing Tito in the Philippines. There is hardly anybody doing it here, and none of the doctors think it’s a good idea. I’ve only found one doctor anywhere in the Philippines that I’ve heard of that even gives it a try.
Who introduced you to this way of life?
Last year, A friend of mine, who is also American but lives in Cagayan De Oro told me about it. I was very skeptical about it but decided to give it a try, and I really love it.

My Crossfit and Olympic weight lifting coach introduced me to this way of life. My husband who is an Ironman distance triathlete is also living this lifestyle. It works well as a fuel for our activities.
Yes, I do bulletproof coffee in the morning and after a work out. I usually have 1 meal a day… dili lang ko gutmon.

There are plenty of 100% cacao sa Pinas. I am worried about going on vacation in the Philippines kay basin way Keto. We get sick if we eat bad carbs and or sugar.
Before I started doing keto, I was taking three different medications everyday for diabetus, plus 100 units a day of insulin. Now, no insulin, no oral medications. My blood sugar is normal, it’s as if I have diabetes no longer.

Don’t worry about coming here, you can do it. I’m doing it, on an average day now, I’m probably eating less than 10 grams of carbs. Stay away from the rise of course. I’m sure you can do it here though.
