Yesterday, while going through some stuff on YouTube, I saw a video that was suggested for me. I decided to take a look and found it really inspirational.
A video is a young man, British, I believe. He weighed about 250 pounds or so and decided to fast for a while to see if it helped him. As I recall, he was planning to fast for 7 days, but kept deciding to extend it, and ended up fasting for 28 days!
I don’t agree with everything he says, some of the science that he talks about is not correct based on what doctors that I follow, but he certainly knows what his experience is and that what he did worked for him.
I really enjoyed the video, and hearing what he had to say. His experiences pretty much line up 100% with what I experience and feel about fasting. I have never fasted for 28 days, but I have done half that amount in a stretch.
Right now, I am fasting 6 days at a time, every week, with a one-day feasting window each week. As you read this, I am in the middle of day 5 for this week and will wind up my fast tomorrow.
Have a look at this young man’s video and see if you feel that inspires you as it does me!
I hope you enjoyed what he had to say! I know I did.
