In my last article, I said I was going to try out another diet which was the warrior diet. I have not really been able to start on it because I find it really difficult. Whenever I wake up, I just look for food right away and I am always hungry throughout the day. I have also been eating three meals or possibly more than three meals a day instead of eating only during the “overeating phase” so I might just stop doing the warrior diet and go back to doing the ketogenic diet. Even though I have been eating a lot in the past week while trying out the warrior diet, I have not really gained any weight. I think the reason why I did not really gain any weight was that even though I was eating so much, I was also exercising a lot. I played basketball with my friends and jogged almost every day.
I think that one of the main reasons why I failed with the warrior diet was because I did not really fully understand it. I did research about it before writing my “The Way of the Warrior” article. But even though I did a lot of researching and even though it sounded like I knew what I was talking about, I still had a lot of unanswered questions. I could not really find the answer to these questions and that is why I am planning on just going back to the ketogenic diet. I find it easier to do the ketogenic diet because it is a diet I have been doing for a long time and I understand it fully and if I do have questions about it, I could always ask my Dad because he knows a lot about the diet. Also, when I do the ketogenic diet, I find it easier to fast and eat less. I have also gotten good results in the past while doing the ketogenic diet so I hope that I will continue to get good results.
I am trying to get my weight down to 90 Kg which is about 198 Lbs but I would be happy if I get it down to at least 100 Kg which is around 220 Lbs. I will be jogging every morning at around 4 am and workout with the dumbbell set that my dad got every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am trying to get fit because next year when I go back to the US, I am planning on working in Alaska with my Mom and my brother Aaron. My mom tells me that the work there is very hard. If I do not work on being physically active, I am sure that I would not survive there.
Another thing I want to mention is the breathing problem that I had. I have been jogging and playing a lot of basketball lately and I noticed that I do not have problems breathing anymore. I can run and exercise now without having to stop because I feel like fainting. I guess I just was not used to exercising anymore.

It’s a problematic diet to begin with, it’s too regimented and it’s also based on the assumption that you’re active all day and exercising.

Yeah, I told Jared when he mentioned trying it that it would probably not be good, but he wanted to try. It is his choice… soo….
